Hackathon Projects

I have been lucky to get some amazing opportunities to travel and participate at various Hackathons during my engineering. These Hacks taught me a lot about how people develop products and what it takes to transform an idea into a tangible product. Every Hack has its own story and therefore I have shared all the behind the scenes of my favourite Hackathons.

WomenTechies Hack

Introducing Project Capsule - in cases where I need to upload my recent short UI Projects that I make at college Hacks. This post is for our app ALTRIDE - an app for safe cab rides for women made for DSC VIT's WomenTechies Hackathon.

hackHarvard 2018

I feel blessed to share that I was given a chance to visit Harvard University for their annual tech event HackHarvard 2018 to compete with some of the most innovative brains on planet. My team and I developed an app within 36 hours that allows you to tap on any food item and get its information in augmented reality live on your iPhone.

HackMIT 2018

I am extremely grateful to VIT for sending me to one of the world's most prestigious college hacks at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology at Boston. This was the first time I was ever travelling alone without my parents so far. I had an amazing trip because of my friends, family and teachers.

Hack/>Off 2019

happy to share that my team and I won the best User Interface Design award at Hack/>Off 2019 powered by GitHub organised by IET VIT. They gave us a GitHub bag and it is almost a dream come true because I had seen this bag before but never thought I could own it.

Code2Create 2018

Sponsored by big shots like IBM, GitHub, DigitalOcean and Slack, Code2Create was a great Hackathon. Our team's app Epione secured the First Position and got the Best User Interface / User Experience Award. We won Rs. 27,000 and a lot of cool stickers.
